He graduated in science subjects and post-graduation with a degree in MBA Marketing. He had the opportunity to reach at the top level of organization in the marketing sector of the pharmaceutical industry. Thereafter, he started his own business of making medicines. Finally, after the year 2000, and as per the call of his destiny, he devoted himself fully to the field of astrology. He has been awarded the degree of Jyotish Ratan, Jyotish Bhushan, and Jyotish Prabhakar. He has been practicing astrology since 2000 and has a wide clientele base all over the world. Dr Gautam DK founder of the Institute GIVA “ Gautam Institute of Vedic Astrology,” and YouTube channel @gautamdkastrologer Gautam DK Astrology, believes in the philosophy that “Astrology helps to know the purpose of life.” He belongs to the lineage of Astrologers and pandits got attracted to the fields of spiritualism, meditation, astrology, Palmistry and things that are beyond description since his childhood. He travelled all over India to understand various faiths and religions, learned from various Gurus, and is still learning to understand these sciences for the higher purpose of astrology. Dr Gautam DK an Engineer graduate, did Master degrees in more than four subjects and Phd in management. He did every available course in Vedic astrology and then courses in Vastu, Palmistry, Nadi Jyotish, Yogas, Meditation, and then Master in Reiki to understand these sciences. He is still in the process of learning by regular research on these topics, interacting with learned people, and visiting various places. Dr Gautam DK observed that Astrology had been confined to lineages and was not available to larger masses. The majority of astrologers have not shared their knowledge, which vanished with them only and has not benefitted the world.
An effort has been made to disseminate the maximum knowledge with the world through the YouTube channel @gautamdkastrologer (Gautam DK Astrology) and now through this website.
