Astrogiva.com is the astrology website of Gautam Institute of Vedic Astrology, operated by Haku Tech Solutions. This policy explains what personal data we collect and the choices you have. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Write to the grievance officer for access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or a complaint. We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within 72 hours.
Data we collect
- Enquiry: name, phone, email, and the question you send by the form or WhatsApp, so we can reply.
- Birth details: date, time, and place of birth when you ask for a chart, match, or muhurat. These are used only for that reading.
- Payments: the service you chose and the reference from the payment gateway. Card and bank details are handled by the gateway. We do not store a full card number.
- Site use: if you allow the cookie banner, Google Analytics measures which public pages are visited.
How we use it
We use this data to answer you, prepare a consultation or course enrolment, and take payment for Haku Tech Solutions. We do not sell personal data. We share it with a government authority only when the law requires that.
Cookies
A necessary cookie may keep a logged-in editor signed in. Google Analytics is not loaded until you choose Allow on the banner. Decline, and the measurement tag does not run. You can still use the site and send a booking.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept while we are working on your request and for up to 12 months after the last reply, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Security logs may be kept for up to 6 months.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask for a correction, withdraw consent for measurement, or ask us to delete an enquiry. Email privacy@shadigiva.com. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
A parent or guardian may ask about a child’s name syllable or chart. We do not create an account for a child, and we do not use a child’s data for marketing.
