Consultations
- If we cancel, or we cannot deliver the reading, you receive a full refund of what you paid for that booking.
- If you cancel at least 24 hours before a confirmed appointment, you receive a full refund.
- After the reading has been delivered, the fee is not refundable.
Courses
You may ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not opened the course material. After the material has been opened, or after 7 days, the course fee is not refundable.
Gemstones and other goods
An unused item can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Shipping that was already paid is not refunded unless we sent the wrong item.
How to ask
Email privacy@shadigiva.com or WhatsApp +91 97805 22673 with the payment reference. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The payment gateway may take several working days to show the credit.
