Aries – Rahu in Twelfth House

The 12th house is also known as the “house of transcendence” and is associated with spiritual enlightenment, liberation, and the end of the karmic cycle. It is a place of release and surrender, where we let go of our ego and attachments to the material world. Rahu in Pisces indicates a strong desire for spiritual growth, spiritual practices, psychic abilities, occult studies, and a quest for higher understanding. It can bring spiritual enlightenment and liberation for the native. However, the person may also be drawn to unhealthy or unwise spiritual practices or beliefs or become too focused on material gains and pleasure at the expense of their spiritual development. The person should be mindful of Rahu’s influence and strive for balance in their spiritual and material pursuits.

Rahu in the twelfth house, Pisces, sign ruled by Jupiter, creates a teacher-student relationship. Jupiter indicates Dharma, and Rahu indicates manipulation. So, the person can be a religious preacher who will manipulate the public for his gains through his wisdom.

Rahu is a planet of the foreign, so a native may stay, live abroad, or have connections abroad. If the Sun or the Moon is either afflicted or connected with the twelfth house or even the second house, where Rahu is situated adversely, the native will have trouble with his eyesight. This placement may also cause suffering due to nervous breakdown or edema. But its malefic aspect represents unexpected expenses, hospitalization, losses, jail, and an increase in one’s desires and obsessions, causing disappointments and loss of energy.

The twelfth house is also pleasure from sex, so the native has different expectations from their partner and may not be satisfied. He may look for a sex partner outside the social norms. He may get into financial troubles due to his relations with females and may also get sexual problems.

He may be part of secret societies and may spend on them. Rahu here gives speech defects and financial problems to the siblings of the native.

Those with Rahu in the twelfth may have a tendency to fight, and some will end their lives violently because of that tendency. According to the Vedic astrology classics, Rahu in the twelfth indicates one goes to some lower world after death. However, if there are compensating beneficial factors in the chart, someone with Rahu in the twelfth will try to achieve the immortal state in this life. Since the twelfth indicates transcendence and Rahu indicates infinite expansion, this is perfectly possible.
